 Recommended serving was 1 scoop at first. I felt a boost but my body quickly got used to it. Now I'm finding myself having to increase dosage to get same effects which isn't good since the bottle is so small. Fruit punch is awful, makes me sick to my stomach and doesn't mix well. Good protein. Great flavor, mixes relatively well. Chocolate is the best. On my first bottle of strawberry and its good but waters down easily. Only downfall is its a touch high in fat but otherwise the gains are good and well priced. April 15, 2011
