 Used it as directed. 10 pills weren't bad but felt weird taking it at work (people probably think I'm addicted to something). Anyway didn't really seem to give much for pumps. Never noticed any veins popping out, almost seemed like less. Didn't do a whole lot. Switched to [another product] and it already seems to be better after just a week and much cheaper. May 09, 2011

 been using this everyday and helps between meals and love that it has caesin in it. the chocolate taste better than chocolate milk if u mix it thick, but if u water it down its not the best. i usually add some creatine monohydrate to it. im hooked on it. good stuff. January 13, 2011

I know it has a lot of carbs, but the amount of calories and protein you get when mixed with milk is great. I started with half servings and worked up. Great for in between my breaks at work. I gained about 5 lbs in a month and i half with this and I was stuck for a while before I started it. Great tasting chocolate. I suggest using a blender and throw some ice in it otherwise it doesn't shake too well in a cup. August 03, 2011
