Having very good results with this stack. First time using it, definite increase in strength and recovery Pushing through some sticking points in weight for reps now after 3 weeks on this stack. Would recommend for very dedicated lifters, could see it not benefiting recreational work out program. Some aggression increase after 1 week, post workout. Also, MMV3 melt tabs take about 3-5 min to melt, not 1-2 minute as direction claims. Will update review after final weeks using Formadrol January 26, 2011
