 Been a user of this for about 4 years. This works when taken as instructed. Doesn't taste as good as the previous formula. This (2.0) formula has more of a "milky" taste to it; which isn't great but not unbearable. I'd recommend to others. I use this with NO Xplode and Now Products' ZMA. December 11, 2012
