 I've gone through 2 tubs of this stuff. Each time it leaves me with a bloated feeling. My real issue with it was the serving size. It fills you up after a workout and I found it hard to eat a large post workout meal. But for a 'gainer' drink, that probably normal. February 14, 2012

 Best booster out there. I've taken it alone and also stacking with Animal Stak. Best results are achieved with stacking which also reduces any possible side effects.
