 Blueberries and cream is the best! Ive tried tons of different casein proteins over the years, and this is by far the best one I've had yet! The blueberry tastes great and goes down smooth, and its not chalky at all! Mix it with milk though, not water! I take it right before bed and it holds me over to the morning better than anything else I've ever taken! Gained about 2 lbs of muscle too since i started using regularly! I love it! Love this stuff. Great results, and thats what I look for the most in a supplement. Cant stand fruit punch anything, so haven't tried it. Lemonade is nasty. Orange is the best...takes some getting used to the flavor, but orange isn't so bad once you get used to it. Wish it were a little cheaper, but I try and catch it on sale. Best post-workout supplement I've used! December 14, 2012
