 I have been using the MyoZene for two and 1/2 weeks. It is definitly helping with recovery for I am not as sore as usual.
Also, the lemondade flavor is not bad at all. I do split my three scoops up into three more watered down doses back to back starting 1/2 way through my workout so it mellow's it out a bit, but compared to what others say, not bad at all. I will see how it does after a bottle or two and update to 5 stars if it stays true. February 29, 2012
