 The servings are huge I can barely stomach one scoop as the taste is probably the worst of any supplement I have tried. I choose not to take on my off days because of this. I have been getting a decent workout after using and I would think that if I could use it the way it is recommended, I would get an even better workout. I can usually adjust to most poor tasting supplements so tread carefully if you have a weak stomach. November 24, 2009

 The taste is great and it mixes very well. I found it difficult, with my daily schedule, to take it as recommended on a daily basis. This may be why I didn't see the results advertised. November 24, 2009
