 I have been taking these vitamins for approximately 2 weeks. There are eleven tablets per packet and some are a lot bigger than others. Plan on drinking about 12 ounces of water to get them down. So far I haven't felt a difference between this product and my prior multi. I think the product could be improved if joint support and HA were incorporated.
Once I run out of the packs I'll switch back to my old brand and try to determine if by body responds differently. January 22, 2013
