I have tried many other pre-workout mixes. Jack3D ranks right up there as my favorite. I get awesome energy and great muscle pumps. I get those pipe veins on this too. Great taste, mixes well. I have only finished my first month of this so I can't really say yay or nay to results. However, I am lifting more than I have before and I am recovering from my muscle soreness faster. Could be the new workout or could be Amino-x. Love this protein. Mixes great with just water and doesn't clump up. I've used it for years. Changed to Syntha 6 for a while but suffered from the gastro probs. Went back to 100% Gold and no probs.
