 This tastes great, works great, doesn't mix as easily as some others, but overall is great. I would recommend it to anyone, well almost anyone. This is a great protein to use as PART of a meal replacement shake, or for someone looking to lose weight/fat. It doesn't have a high enough protein content to be used as a stand alone post-workout supplement. I use [other products] for that, and this as a morning jumpstart or post conditioning shake on days I don't lift. October 02, 2011
