 I really enjoy multiple sources in my protein, it makes them more versatile, this is one of the better ones out there mainly due to the easy mixability, because typically proteins with caseinates like to clump up. Cappuccino Rush is probably the lesser of the flavors available here, but the others won't let you down. The cookies cream is right there with the best tasting powders. I dare somebody to find a better product at a better price. September 16, 2010
