 This product is great for those of us who just need that extra push to make it over the hill, of our weightloss goals. I'm in a gym 5 days a week, and don't do a whole lot of cardio, but with this product I get the results I want and more. Great energy boost mood enhancement. NO JITTERS NO CRASH I've been using it for months on and off just as a help to keep me where I'm happy.
