 The worst product I ever bought. I've taken supplements all my life and I've never seen "horse-pills" like this before. A note to the makers of this product: try swallowing one of these yourself.....you might think about MAYBE TRY MAKING THEM A BIT MORE SMALLER! They are so uncomfortable to take. I now have to grind them to take them. I now have a bottle of 325 tablets I agonize about taking.
