 flavor is not bad, mixes well. does get a bit of foam if mixed in a shaker, it will settle if yuo wait a few minutes before drinking. but if you use a hand blender, no issues. nice change from the standard whey protein. i actually used empty 20oz drink bottles with one scoop, just add water and enjoy. homemade RTD and a lot less money. great product, tatse great and mixes really well.hand blender i tried this from my normal cytogainer, good results and actually ordered this again. the serving size is spot on, allowing you to not feel like your going through it really fast. i use it as a post workout shake, as well as before going to bed. no digestive issues...always a plus February 24, 2011
