MYO-X - Myostatin Inhibitor

 Been on this for about a week now. Very sore first 5 days, even with normal workout routine. After 5 days the soreness stopped. I also attributed the soreness to muscle growth. My muscles (all over) look and feel bigger, harder and I increased my rep weights by 10% in the first week. Seems to be working as advertised. Does not mix well and tastes grainy, but goes down easily. I will buy this again. January 20, 2013

First time trying this, hard to mix even with my Majic Bullet, very thick. I purchased Orange (based on reviews on taste), they were right, it tastes good. I mix with 5 grams of BCAA and consume immediately after my workout. This and Myo-X seem to work very well together. I will buy again. Wish it came in Vanilla so I could mix it with fruit for flavor.
