I agree with other raters, BIG scooper means you tear through it faster than normal, but it is a good protein, taste and consistency. I used to mix a fast absorbing protein with a scoop of slow-absorbing casein for my in-between-meals protein shakes, BUT with this product, you don't need to do that. Chocolate is the safe pick.  Fruit punch, I enjoy the taste. Tried green apple because another reviewer liked it, and honestly, it took a while for me to be OK with it. After it was done, I went back to fruit punch. It tastes great and mixes well with or without a shaker. May 03, 2012
