 Wanted a break from creatine so got this. It's OK, but I'm used to using NO Explode, Assault, etc... and this doesn't give me the same intensity and tingle/rush I like. I've tried probably 6 different PWOs in the past year + and [this one is not] my favorite. This product is a nice "break" though. June 18, 2013

 Pretty good taste (chocolate), but when I mix with milk in a shaker cup there are always clumps (and I shake it like crazy). It's almost too thick in my magic bullet shake (milk, yogurt, banana, 1 scoop, peanut butter, and fiber cereal). I like the slow release formula though. January 21, 2013

 Big container is only about 1/3 full. I've been taking CLA for a couple years, and it has helped, so I thought this product mat do even more. Not the case (yet) as I'm about halfway through. Way too expensive for only 60 softgels. I'll go back to regular CLA next time. January 21, 2013
