Pretty good! What is best is that Alpha Fury doesn't give you any pre/post jitters. It is gradual with its onset & you often don't realize how much it is helping. There is not the feeling of needing to rush to the gym after you drink this because it takes a little longer to switch into high gear. Wish the tub was a bit bigger, but you can't have it all. Pretty good so far. I've only taken three servings. Works better than Gatorade & that is quite refreshing. I do lots of jump rope & running. Re-Con has helped in recovery as far as I can tell. Mixes rather easily as well. Taste is good. August 16, 2011
