 It works okay for a pump but as others have said it doesn't really give you the extra energy you need especially if you workout in the morning as I do. I had the blue artic raspberry and it doesn't taste too bad at first but the after taste is kinda gross. Does work to some degree though just have had better luck with others. October 11, 2012
