 All I can say is wow. I'm 40 years old and have been weight training on and off for about 7 years. I've tried numerous natural test boosters and this is by far the best. Some claim to have the same ingredients as this but just didn't work. My confidence was really low because my little friend had stop reacting to stimulus if you know what I mean, but not anymore. Since I've been taking citruvol ultra I've noticed that when I leave the gym I'm not as sore or tired. Actually I have to make myself leave. Usually my last set of bench is all forced reps and negatives. I guess if I'm gonna continue that trend I'll have to add more sets. April 13, 2011
