 I do a lot of high altitude hill cycling here in Colorado as well as rock climbing in summer. I ski about 40 days in the winter. I lift 3 days a week. MyoZene is my recovery and strength builder 4 years and counting. I'm 60 but with MyoZene I can still gain substantial muscle mass with this product when I go on a weight lifting binge in a very short amount of time. I hope they never stop making it. Fury is easy to mix as is Myozene, I'm nearly 60 and recovery time is amazing and painless even after heavy lifting days.
