 I keep up with supplements like its my job. I research down to the T. I like Muscletech's original naNO vapor because it was a good break from N.O. Explode. This new formulation is ok with the pumps, energy, etc., but they must have added a laxative to the new ingredients because no doubt within 20 min of takin this you get a good case of the waters. I had to throw it out because you can't be deadlifting, squatting, or even cardio and all of the sudden have to explode on the toilet. I'll stic April 08, 2010

 This stuff is great. definitely better than taking all those scoops of regular monohydrate. No loading is a plus, just mix it with apple juice and you're good to go, don't mix with protein like they say you can, you won't be happy with the taste April 08, 2010
