 Don't put much weight in it! I put a book and a couple of magazines in mine and the tab that attaches the string to the bottom of the bag ripped out of the bag very easily.
It's good if you want to carry around an extra change of socks. The one I got was free with a big order I placed but I would not buy one. September 10, 2012

 I have lost 130 lbs and have stopped losing for 5 months now. I still need to loose 70 lbs.
I bought this product to try to restart my weight loss.
Unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing for me. No added energy, focus and no weight loss.

 I do notice a small, short lived difference during workout but I have to time the consumption or I miss the effect during the workout.
Tastes so bad it ruins the taste of my protein shake so I have to choke it down with water. Oh ruins coffee flavor too. February 18, 2013
