 It's ok. It does give you energy and focus, especially if your caffeine weak and it tastes ok. A little sweet for my taste, but better then others. The main problem I have is that it gives me a lot of gas, the last thing I wanted was to be passing gas while working out. I'm not sure if its just me but I know I won't get it again, I'll stick to [another product] next time February 11, 2012
