 I had purchased the Cake Batter flavor previously which I liked, and thought I would try the Oatmeal Cinnamon out as well. I have to say that I am not a fan of this flavor, but it was somewhat of a tradeoff since you get a much greater value for your buck. For some reason the Cake Batter requires two scoops versus only one for the Oatmeal Cinnamon for the same protein profile. I guess I will live with the flavor in return for a better bargain.  Simply amazing. I am in my late 40's, and work out at least 5 times per week. I would typically be very sore for the day or two after a workout, and it was really getting to me. I started taking this stuff, and the soreness is now almost completely gone! It does also seem that I can work out a bit harder, but I am only two weeks into taking it, so can't be sure on that. Regardless, based upon how much better I feel, this is now on my "must have" list. Great product! October 25, 2011

 I really like the makeup of this protein, but honestly it seems impossible to completely mix up. I even use a hand-held electric whisk, and it still winds up with clumps - I can't imagine trying in just a shaker cup. Flavor is okay, but I can't get past the clumps and grit. Too bad as I had high hopes. April 21, 2011
