 I started using this 3 months ago and I have lost 25lbs. I used this with Vectron protein. My workout consists of lifting weights to get lean. I do almost no cardio (I know this isn't good) but I am extremely happy with the weight I have lost and the definition I have produced. I didn't feel the energy boost but there is a strong appetite suppressant and results from using this started after 12 days. Highly recommend this product. September 02, 2011

never taken BCAA's before.I bouhgt this and threw it in with no-xplode. 1scoop of myosurge and 2scoops no-xplode. in 28 days with a strict diet and proper workout and rest periods, I have increased the amount of weight i can throw around on all excersises and i have gained waht seems to be 1.7 lbs a week, and still going. only dislike is when working on a cardio day and taking this with no-xplode it seems to mess with my body and I end up feeling like crap.
