 I enjoyed this since I first tried it. Strawberry Creme is by far the best. Best served with Milk (I mix with Lactaid). My label reads 1 scoop not 2.

First time only 8days using. Mixes easy in a shaker cup. Use 2 scoops as suggested with milk (I use lactaid milk) and mix in a blender and you have a nice creamy milk shake that's great for the body. After dinner I mix 1 and leave it until the middle of the night... yum, yum good... Chocolate is the only one I tried. Will order 2 next time. May 02, 2011

Vectron mixed with 10oz water tastes great. I do that 15min before eating, I eat less. My diet has improved dramatically but not spot on, imagine if my diet and training were better. BetaStax gives you some energy, I do not use it as a pre-work supplement. The RAZOR made me pee a lot. I noticed I tighten my belt 2 loops smaller, which is great. 2yrs later its the best pre-work out I've tried. The first FusionForce, then a few scoops of Jacked 3D, and currently SuperPump 250 non Max.. This is a Full on Blitz on your system and does not go away anytime soon. So if you take it you better be ready to work out . Nice body sweat within 15m, in time for 15m treadmill run then weights. Don't like the crazy tingle on your skin? This is not for you. My gf did not like this. It made her heart feel like it was going to come out. I want more April 05, 2011
