This is good stuff, especially if you don't eat like tons of vegetables.(don't think you could eat what is in this, in the amounts that you find, in a veg.) Price is good! I drink this with my Post-workout drink. You could also have this in the morning as soon as you get-up. If you are not doing a green drink, you should start!

I've tried a lot of post-workout drinks. This is hands down the best. Love the orange. Been buying it for about 18 mos. I've noticed a big difference in muscle. Even got a six-pack going on, and I am 59 Years old, and never had one. I've got a small issue with the crash, so I take GTF Chromium, and that mitigates the crash. I won't ever change to another post-workout drink.
