I prefer this product to other weight loss products because the number of caps recommended I admit eight a day is a bit much, personally i take two and a scoop of N.O. Xplode twice a day before every workout although i don't recommend any more than two and I turn into an animal I went from a strong 210 to a stronger 180 highly recommended April 20, 2010
