As a straight up creatine product i thought this did exactly what it advertises. Maybe not as dramatic, but endurance definitely increased, and muscle fatigue was lessened when using a weight that had recently been un-reppable. For example I was able to do five sets of ten reps using 30 pound DB's for bicep curls when just previously before starting this product i was lucky if i could cheat curl 3 sets of the same number of reps.
