 I never review products based on taste....but the Raspberry has me making an exception. The only way to describe it is awful. It tastes like cough medicine. I have to force it down every night, only because it IS a great protein. Please listen to me and avoid at all costs!!! I do, however, absolutely love the chocolate and the Blueberries and Cream!! I added this to list of supps: Multi, fish oil, Joint Command, CLA, no Xplode, Myozene, glutamine, BCAA's, whey and casein proteins, ZMA, L-Carnitine and tons of whole food calories. Sizeon is a great product. It helps a ton with recovery, and also provides a nice beverage to sip while working out. Using the Wild Berry Punch, which is delicious.
Superpump for me was ok....... my body got used to it in about a week. pumps remained, but the blast of energy I got for the first week, disapeared. I also thought the raspberry lemonade flavor was horrible. It tasted way too strong, with a bad after taste. Adding more water helped, but then its just too much to drink pre August 13, 2010
