 One of the best pre workouts supplements that I have taken over the years. Doesn't give me the jitters or stomach problems. Tastes great, mixes easily, small serving goes a long way. With 2 scoops I get a blood rush that I can definitely feel in my face. Work outs are good, not great like I usually get when i take other products. Price is great to try it and see if you like it. Best carbs that I have used for a pre workout supplement. I love the energy it gives. It is a little sweet and weird tasting, but mixes great in juice. Makes it thicker, but I love the pumps and energy this product provides. Cheap and easy to take for an additional carb spike. April 07, 2011
