 Vanilla is a little bland but still good. The protein is the best you will ever buy. It gives you absolutely NO gas--I repeat--NO gas. If you need to take protein that does not screw your stomach up, this is the stuff. Great aminos as well. When they say it is lactose free, they mean it. Tried them all and this is the only one that really removes the the lactose. Gains are fantastic as well. May 17, 2011
