 I'm a truck driver, and one thing we have to deal with is fluid retention in our legs. After taking this along with Betastax I'm definitely seeing results, my legs are nowhere near as swollen as they once were from riding all day. And that's with only taking 2 capsules twice a day. Next bottle I'll take the recommended dosage of 3 capsules. Bottom line...IT WORKS June 13, 2011
