 My wife and I are on a carb /protein cycling diet, and wanted the best protein available since we are limiting our calories and concetrating nutrition in six small meals a day. We settled on NytroWhey Ultra Elite and have been very pleased with the results. The taste is fantastic, coming from an old guy that used to choke down "protein from the sea" and we feel very satisfied after each shake.
