 I really like the taste and ease of mixing. I did not use it long enough to get significant results. If you are lactose intolerant this is not the supplement for you. After a week on this product, I experienced cramping and lower abdomen pain and all the side effects from drinking whole milk products, which is why I only gave this product two stars. I'll now have to seek out another product that does not contain milk....and i was just beginning to REALLY like this supp. :( February 20, 2012
