 Gives me required morning energy and focus needed to get through my workout. The raspberry lemonade flavor is great tasting and doesn't give give you jitters or stomach problems like some pre-workout products. I'm impressed with my results from Jacked and will continue to use until something else better comes along. I definitely recommend this product and suggest at least trying if you need a little extra energy to get you going. April 21, 2011
