Taste---Chocolate flavor tastes great with milk have not try it with water and have not try other flavors yet
mixes----you need a blender
no way you can drink this with the amount of fluid they recommend you need way more.
CONSit is made with Aspartame very bad for you healththat is the reason I'm giving this product 3 stars,and is to sweet.
