 First of all, this is the best tasting pre-workout I have ever had. The berry lemonade is better than kool-aid Better than the taste is how well this stuff works. As soon as I take my dose, I better be out the door on my way to the gym. This stuff kicks in in about 10 minutes. At first my face starts to tingle and then eventually most of my body is tingling.
