 To my surprise this seemed to work. I've had chronic elbow and shoulder pain for years. I took some time off from heavy lifting and I did notice a difference. Difficult to say if the easing off the workload contributed or if it was this supp. Regardless, I have less pain so I'm happy about that. Would've rated higher if I could attribute decreased pain to this supp entirely. October 23, 2012

 Described in 1 word, PLACEBO. I took this, employed sepcifity and overload and saw the results I would expect from that alone. Test boosters are a sham, I tried this stack twice to allow for fairness, shame on me. Protein, glutamine, and creatine are far more effective and less expensive. November 10, 2011

It tastes good and mixes very easily. It provides relatively low cal protein. Can't really ask for more. I would like to see about 40 fewer calories per serving though. Aspartame free is a plus. April 03, 2011
