If you take stimulants throughout the day, especially if you train in the evenings, you'll love Animal PM. Likewise, if you have trouble falling asleep, due an over-active mind or slight anxiety, it will work wonders. Relaxes your body and mind, although I can't judge just how well it aids in post-workout, night time recovery. Just make sure you can dedicate at least seven hours to sleep, otherwise you'll find it hard to wake up in the morning. I'll definitely keep using this product. August 30, 2011
