This worked just as well for me as Myozene and a lot less expensive (plus better tasting). Started seeing results after the first week. Would definitely recommend!

I've gotten great results in a very short amount of time.I only use a half scoop and see no reason to take the full scoop serving.More isn't always better with supps and sometimes causes stomach discomfort and the flushed skin some people have commented on.Great product!!
