 Pretty good product and for only 4.5 grams of aminos inside, the DID include a good mix. bcaa, hmb, kic - great mixture, I'd just like more of it per serving. Prosource's description is incorrect - there is no NO boosting arginine akg. The akg here is to scavenge ammonia, not boost NO. Good product, but don't expect superman results. November 25, 2011

It's a good slow release protein. BUT the old Evopro formula was much better. Cytosport removed the old micellar a and b caseins, replaced them with the very cheap sodium caseinate and hoped no one would notice. I DID. And they still charge $36. This is typical of Cytosport. It's a good mix of the right carbs needed for post workout recovery (I then add whey to it). Nothing fancy. Despite the patent, I think the l-alpha polylactate has been shown in studies to be useless. But again, if you want a mix of carbs at a decent price, this works fine. November 20, 2011
