 I have used this product for many years with good results in the sport of powerlifting. Recently, due to medical issues I was unable to work out for about 9 months. During this time I continued using NytroPlex-GF to help with my recovery. Although the size of my muscles diminished somewhat, the definition was maintained. Also, I did not gain body fat despite the reduction of physical activity. I believe this was due to the protein components of NytroPlex-GF. Great product May 25, 2011
