 I bought 3 for the price of 2 and I have to say wow. First off, I never tried this before and I haven't worked out in years. After working out 3 times I don't feel sore anymore so I have to switch up workouts, which is really fast for me. The taste is great honestly, I got the orange and it tastes like orange juice. I think people need to mix it with more water, I use the free prosource cup I got and it's perfect with a couple cubes of ice. ALWAYS USE A SHAKER CUP NEVER A GLASS August 14, 2012
