Overall it works well. A big rush is frequently felt after first few sips. Helps push through long workouts. The taste is quite powerful but you get used to it. I definitely recommend it for serious lifters, and I believe it is the best intra-workout product available. August 04, 2011

Lean Dessert

 I am a loyal fan of BSN and love Syntha-6, but I did not like the Lean Dessert. The content is fine, but the flavor of the cinnamon roll was pretty bad. They are usually on point with their flavors but this one is disappointing. Maybe the others are better but I will stick to the Syntha. April 20, 2011
