 This is the strongest pre-workout product I have tried yet. The only time I use it is if I am working out in the mornings. Otherwise kiss sleep goodbye. Make sure you drink enough water. The taste is awful so I tried not using much water to get it over with. Wreaks havoc on my system. Performance though - 10 October 19, 2012
