 The energy NO gives you is a bit more natural than other super caffeinated pre-workouts. The strength is a very nice surprise. But overall, the best thing it has going for it is the added protein in the mix. Nobody seems to get that in their pre-workout. Great for us skinny kids, trying to build (gets you there quick).
