I did see some results, I guess not quite as extreme as some of the other s I have read. As far as the taste is concerned, it's not bad at all. I've had other supplements that tasted much worse. Just mix it with gatorade and you will be fine. A bit pricey for minimal results but I'm buying one more just to see if it will get any better. April 17, 2010
